The entrance to the Basilica is free and visitors should refer only to the following schedule.
In the months of January, February, March, November and December from monday to saturday from 8.30 until 13.00; in the afternoon from 15.30 until 17.00 (Sundays and holidays included).
In the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October, all the days (Sundays and holidays included) with open from 8.30 until 18.30.
In the months of January, February, March, November and December, the Cloister can be visited from monday to friday from 10.00 until 13.00 (closed on Sundays and holidays while on Saturday the opening will take place only in presence of reservations);
In the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October, the Cloister can be visited all the days (Sundays and holidays included) according to the following schedule:

Cost of admission to the Cloister
€ 3.00 For every single input;
€2.00 input group – minimum of 10 people – (the same discount is reserved to teachers without school below and to the over 65 years);
€ 1.00 Student input (both as a single and as part of a school, in the latter case, the accompanying teachers do not pay);
It is provided with a guided tour service with our staff and without any additional costs after booking, by telephone or directly at the entrance.

It should be noted, also, that visits in the Basilica will not take place during the celebrations of the eucharist parish and those in pontifical vestments, weekdays or festive. The staff at the reception is authorized to enforce this rule without exceptions. Groups of pilgrims wishing to conclude the visit with a celebration in the Basilica should advise for time with an e-mail or by calling the parish office.
